Andy Chin – Senior Pastor
Having come to know Jesus personally as a youth at Wesley International Congregation, Andy later joined the staff in 2001, and full time as youth pastor in 2004.
Andy is passionate about helping people meet and experience Jesus Christ, grow in knowing and loving Him, and encouraging them to introduce others to know Jesus.
He is married to Melissa and has two children: Nathaniel and Annalise.
Psalms 32:8-9 reminds Andy that God intimately guides and leads him, gently calling him to a place of continual surrender.

Cory Schut – Pastor
Cory’s walk with God came to life in 1997 on a Discipleship Training School with Youth With a Misison (YWAM). Serving YWAM as a volunteer staff member in the Cook Islands, he met Elisa whom he married, and together they moved to Sydney completing further theological studies. Cory joined the WIC team in 2008. Cory and Elisa have four children, Lilah, Luka, Kaiden and Ashley.
Cory’s desire is that youth will know Christ and the power of His resurrection and share in His sufferings; encountering God and reveal Him to the world around them.
He also loves playing the board game “RISK” and is passionate about running high quality retreats and camps.

Jeane Finnegan – Associate Pastor
In 2009 Jeane left a business career as a Change Management Practitioner to follow a call from God to be trained for ministry. She joined Wesley Mission in 2012 and has served across a variety of ministry roles including chaplaincy and pastoral care. In early 2019 Jeane joined the Wesley International Congregation as an Associate pastor.
Jeane is passionate about Jesus and equipping the Church to be the Church He has called us to be in our day. She believes that every Christian is a minister who has been gifted to serve God where He has placed them. She loves to come alongside people, help them to discover and grow in their gifts and to use those gifts for the glory of God.
To relax Jeane loves to walk in nature, read a good book, see a movie or a play and enjoy tasty food and belly laughs with friends and family.
David Cheung – Interim Youth Worker
David grew up in Melbourne before moving to Sydney to study at university.
David hopes to keep growing in his understanding and experience of who God is and what Jesus has called him to do individually and as a part of the local church. In the near future he and his family hope to serve overseas amongst an unreached people group who have minimal or no access to the gospel message.
In his spare time David enjoys making music, spending time with friends, watching movies, searching for good bargains and most recently, learning how to be a dad!
Trudy Leung – Admin Support, City
Trudy joined WIC as Admin Worker in mid 2017, after being part of the Kingdom Kids Ministry for some years. Her desire is to help people come closer to God, wherever they are in their life journey , as His grace is sufficient for us (2 Corinthians 12:9). She believes through Jesus, we can be “..letter from Christ….written not with ink but the Spirit of the Living God, not on tablets of stone, but on tablets of human hearts”(2 Corinthians 3:31).
Trudy loves spicy food, and food in general; and enjoys walks with her husband Peter and son Tim. Her pastimes include daydreaming and being silly (with Tim).
Stephanie Chan – Children’s Ministry Worker, Ryde
Stephanie is the Ryde Kingdom Kids worker, a kid’s ministry where you see children longing to His Words and just wanting to be the light and salt for God. She is the wife of Josh, whom she met in DIGJC; and the mother of Benji and Ethan. She joined WIC in 1999, and started serving in Kingdom Kids in 2004.
Stephanie believes children are the light and salt for God, it is never too young to do so. Her desire is to serve and love the children in Kingdom Kids. She gets so emotional when she witness’ children getting baptised (happy tears!). To see God touches their heart at such a young age is just amazing!
Ka-Mun Teo – Admin Support, Ryde
Ka-mun has been with Wesley International Congregation since 2007, and has served as the new-comers leader in the Young Adults Ministry for a number of years before having her two daughters, Jemimah and Keziah.
Her background is in media operations, and in the past worked at MySpace and MTV. In the last few years she and her husband have built and maintained the WIC app and website.
In mid 2017, Ka-Mun joined WIC Ryde as an Admin Worker.
